"S.T.A.N."

J.P. Manoux plays an android named S.T.A.N. in the action-adventure series "Aaron Stone" on Disney XD.

Manoux's most recent credits are the voice of Tom, the Hollywood pigeon, in Walt Disney Studio's "Bolt" and the voice of Kuzco, in Disney Channel's hit animated series "The Emperor's New School."

His other television credits include recurring roles on "ER" (as sardonic chief surgeon Dustin Crenshaw), "My Wife & Kids," "The District," and "Just Shoot Me!"  He also guest starred on "Smallville," "Will & Grace," "The Hughleys," "The King of Queens," "The Drew Carey Show," "Becker" and Disney Channel's "Even Stevens," and had recurring  roles on Disney Channel's comedy series "Phil of the Future" as both Curtis the caveman and Mr. Hackett, the school vice principal and the Disney Channel Original Movie "Minutemen."  Manoux wrote for and appeared in various roles on "The Wayne Brady Show." He has also directed episodes of "Aaron Stone" and "Phil of the Future."

His film credits include "Knocked Up," "Transformers," "The Day After Tomorrow," "EuroTrip," "Malibu's Most Wanted," "Ocean's Eleven," "Inspector Gadget," "Galaxy Quest" and "Meet the Fockers." 

In 1999, he received the L.A. Ovation and Backstage West Garland Awards for his work in the original Los Angeles stage version of "Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005)."

J.P. is an alumnus of Northwestern University, L.A. Theatresports, ACME Comedy Theater, The Groundlings School, and I.O. West.

Born in Fresno, and raised in Santa Barbara, California.  When he's not acting, he enjoys visiting his family, playing soccer and watching old movies.  Silent screen legends Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin are his idols.
