Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man

In this animated action-adventure series from Marvel Animation, 16-year-old Peter Parker has been saving New York City from villains as his alter-ego Spider-Man for the past year while juggling the typical growing pains of being a teenager at Midtown High School with best friends, Mary-Jane Watson and Harry Osborn, who are oblivious to his secret identity.

As a renowned web-slinger, the young Spider-Man still has much to learn about being a super hero and does not yet have the discipline needed to develop and harness his extraordinary gifts. When S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division) Director, Nick Fury, offers Spidey the chance to hone his skills and train with the best, he accepts the opportunity in order to accomplish his goal of becoming the Ultimate Spider-Man.

As the newest member of Nick Fury's S.H.I.E.L.D. organization, Spider-Man joins forces with four other teenage super heroes - Nova (Sam Alexander), White Tiger (Ava Ayala), Power Man (Luke Cage) and Iron Fist (Danny Rand), who use Midtown High as their secret operations base and must learn to band together to support the greater good. With upgraded S.H.I.E.L.D. technology, gadgets and the support of mentors Nick Fury and Agent Coulson, who was planted as the principal of Midtown High to keep a watchful eye, Spidey applies his talent and training to take on missions across the Marvel Universe to defeat evil villains.

In his normal life, Peter must continue to keep his alter-ego a secret from his childhood friend Mary-Jane, an aspiring journalist whose dream is to work at the Daily Bugle and discover Spider-Man's true identity, as well as his other best friend Harry Osborn, who is unaware of his father Norman Osborn's secrets.
